Keeping former employees on the Voluntary Benefits Program

When employees terminate, the Benefits Advisory Council will remain in touch with them to maintain the Voluntary Benefits inforce.  We will deal directly with the employees to assure that they do not comprise any of your online data, and we will council them on decisions concerning their voluntary benefit coverage - as well as any employee benefit coverage you elect to keep inforce for terminated employees.  We will work with your Human Resources Department to put in place policies and procedures to cutoff the terminated employee from your company specific Voluntary Benefits Program website and still allow them access to the benefit information they need to have.

Employees can sign up for Benefits Advisory Council's easy-to-use, secure online service to manage their enrollment and update account information in a safe and convenient manner. Choose one of the following options:
  • Your voluntary employee plan is already registered for online services and you require access to your company's online account information, or
  • You would like to register your group plan for online services.
