Providing ongoing service and claims support
The Benefits Advisory Council will keep in touch with your employees and your Human Resources Department through a number of different channels. We will always have the call center staffed 24/7 to answer questions and make changes or to schedule appointments with carriers, enrollers or field brokers. We will have employee chat services available for employees and your Human Resources Department . Our carriers will also offer employees access to service and claims departments. We will provide your Human Resources Department with an electronic or paper service manual—if desired—for all products offered in the Voluntary Benefits Program.

Employees can sign up for Benefits Advisory Council's easy-to-use, secure online service to manage their enrollment and update account information in a safe and convenient manner. Choose one of the following options:
- Your voluntary employee plan is already registered for online services and you require access to your company's online account information, or
- You would like to register your group plan for online services.
