As time goes on, you will want to make changes and improvements on company specific Voluntary Benefits Program website.  We will have a special team of contractors at your disposal to make the changes to keep your site fresh and current. 

The Benefits Advisory Council call center will be available 24/7 to assist with password changes or any problems accessing the system.  

All changes to individual requirements will be seamlessly made to the databases supporting the individual employees and your website.  Other than providing unique input information, you and your Human Resources Department will not have to make any edits or updates—other than changes in employee status (active, retired, terminated, disabled).

Annually, the Benefits Advisory Council will offer “open enrollment” periods for current employees to make special changes to their coverage.  We will offer any assistance necessary to make sure that the Voluntary Benefits Program and the employee benefits are working together.

The Benefits Advisory Council will make changes as needed to information, tools, and educational materials used by employees to make their financial decisions.  We will also update the FAQ (frequently asked questions) as new questions and answers arise.  We have found that many similar questions arise in different groups that we serve.  We will also maintain links to other websites (carrier, third party, non-profits, research etc.) that are of great value to your employees and your Human Resources Department.
