When you, as the employer, are the only one paying for benefits, employees may take the services for granted and think very little about the benefits that you are paying for, yet they will never use. When employees are involved in making a financial decision that involves their own money, they are more focused on finding the right products at the right price.
Benefits Advisory Council will tailor the “roll out” to your unique requirements. We can do it with web initiatives, formal presentations by highly experienced brokers, or full enrollment services on a face-to-face basis. You and your Human Resources Department will play an active role in the process. Members of the Benefits Advisory Council will completely prepare you and your staff for the frequently asked questions, the needs analysis process, the Web tools, and the ongoing administration of the program. Our team will do all that is necessary to assure that the launch goes smoothly and that the participation rate is high.
Any enrollment action will be completed on forms and applications through your company specific Voluntary Benefits Program website. This will allow for consistency of data and guarantee that the Benefits Advisory Council, our carriers (insurance providers), our call center staff, your Human Resources Department , your payroll provider, and our field brokers / enrollers are all working in unison. Our desire is to have a clean and accurate launch with minimal confusion.
