  • At no cost to you, a unique website for your organization (with your name and your limited access) to allow you to make your Voluntary Benefits information AND your employee benefits accessible online.  The site can be tailored to become a company information portal to include access to any information you would like your employees to have.  
  • Ability to allow your employees to make changes on their Voluntary Benefits that they have purchased—as needed.  It also allows them to purchase new products and services with online applications.  If you want to allow employees to make changes in their employee benefits—such as beneficiary changes, address changes, or 401(k) funding instruments/options—that can be arranged as well. 
This service is also extended to former employees that want to keep their Voluntary Benefits products and any employee benefits that continue at termination—it is all controlled with passwords to limit access to confidential organizational information.
  • Enrollment tools and educational product information guides are provided online to allow your employees to make informed decisions to “fill the gaps” in their personal programs.  Unique spreadsheets and financial calculators are also provided to assist your employees and your Human Resources Department in tailoring the best possible program for each employee at the best price.
  • Voluntary Benefits billing is done through your payroll system.  The payroll deductions are calculated daily to provide you immediate and accurate information concerning premiums due and refunds required.  Your Human Resources Department will feed our system the active and terminated employee information.  
  • Claims forms and claims information is available through the online system.
